In summer of 2014, Lexi came to me and said: "I feel that Jesus is calling me to serve in Central America".  This came out of NO WHERE.  Our first reaction was "no".  I, personally, have never been out of the country, and I wouldn't even know where to begin.  Soon after, we all begin to pray about it, and Jesus showed us that she IS being called to serve.  The only thing we can do is to be obedient and open to where He will lead us.  It isn't always easy to do, but He has given us such a peace, that we know it's right.  We wanted to document this journey in order to share with our loved ones, and also to preserve this memory for ourselves.
